Original flat-bottomed porcelain pedestal mug in the Maclachlan pattern by MacKenzie-Childs, Ltd. Hand painted piece features interior scene with floral band at top and 22K gold rim, and signature black and white checkerboard at the bottom; faux green marble base with 22K gold ring; and a green and purple rope handle. Diameter 3.25 across widest points. Bottom marked MacLachlan - Victoria and Richard MacKenzie-Childs, Ltd. Excellent vintage condition: Clean, no cracks, chips, flea bites, scratches or stains.
